Help Restock the Parent Council Food Pantry

The MSCS Parent Council has established a Food Pantry for our school!  We have a need for accessible nutritional food for our students, and with your help, we can fill that need.

Food donations can be placed in the box set inside the front entrance of the school.  Anytime spent collecting items also goes towards your volunteer hours. We try to stick to the school’s food policy as much as possible, which means high protein/low sugar snacks are best.  Feel free to buy in bulk. You can drop off whole bags and a volunteer will separate it for the pantry into smaller portions. Here is a list of items needed:

Beef jerky

Protein yogurt

Packaged boiled eggs

Single hummus cups

Fresh Veggies

Fresh Fruits

Trail mix

Apple sauce

Peanut butter crackers

Breakfast bars (low sugar)

Thank you again for all of your support in the program that is truly making a difference at our school!  Please contact Parent Council if you have any questions at

Thank you in advance for your donations!
