2021 May Faire
Mark your calendar (again) for May Faire! Since it appears our students will be out of quarantine, we plan to celebrate Saturday, May 22 from 10-2.

In the meantime, we challenge each Mountain Song family to invest in our school and our future so that Southern Colorado children can learn, grow and be inspired in the Waldorf tradition for years to come.

What is May Faire?

May Faire is a beloved Waldorf tradition, a celebration of spring filled with flowers, singing, and dancing. Here at Mountain Song, we’ll celebrate as a community in late May with music, arts and crafts, games and activities, and a silent auction.  It’s a sight to behold and we are full of joyful anticipation!

Our very own Mountain Song Board of Directors has become a sponsor of May Faire!  Members of the Board support the school in so many important ways, and they inspire all of us by providing the leadership the school needs.  Thank you, dear members of our Board!

Anna’s Apothecary is the brainchild of sisters Sara Berry and Anna Papini who conceived the dream in the quiet calm of the Colorado Mountains and launched the business in 2012. Helping, healing and meaningful living, inspired by a passion for plants and herbal medicine, brought this local small business to fruition in the quaint city of Manitou Springs.  Our gratitude abounds for this Mountain Song family!

Thank you to Mountain Song parent Karin Menendez of Blue Raven Solar for sponsoring May Day!  Blue Raven began with one goal in mind-to provide homeowners across America with a simple and affordable way to get the best solar technology.  Karin will donate 25% of her commission to our capital campaign from any systems that are installed within our little community!  Thank you, Karin!

G & G Consulting Group, LLC is a consulting firm that provides financial oversight, business services and human resources to charter schools and nonprofits in Colorado.  The firm was established in 2005, and the staff have over 100 years of combined financial oversight, business services and human resources experience.  Owner, Jason Guerrero, has been working with Mountain Song since 2015, and we are thankful for his support!

We’d like to thank our incredible partner, Sparks Willson, for their generous sponsorship of May Faire.

Sparks Willson is a business law firm serving prominent local and national businesses, including Mountain Song. They handle all aspects of corporate law and governance, emerging companies, mergers and acquisitions.  They also represent and advise clients on business litigation, tax planning, employment law, trademark and intellectual property protection.

Thank you, Sparks Willson!

Fountain Colony, LLC is a small, client oriented commercial real estate brokerage firm representing individual, corporate, governmental and institutional owners and Lessors of commercial real estate throughout the Colorado Springs greater metropolitan area including Woodland Park, Pueblo and Castle Rock. Gary H. Feffer, SIOR, a seasoned commercial real estate expert in Colorado Springs, left the largest local brokerage firm which he had helped found to create Fountain Colony with the goal of providing superior personalized services. Tired of being “brokered” and frustrated with the way the industry handled clients and transactions, Gary formed an alliance between Griffis/Blessing, Inc., the area’s foremost commercial property and residential management/investment firm, to serve the mission of “Clients Interests First.”  We appreciate the generosity of this firm!
